Job summary

ST Engineering Aerospace Engines Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence across aerospace manufacturing and engineering processes.

You will collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain to streamline workflows and introduce automation. The role emphasizes Lean Six Sigma, data-driven problem solving, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience driving LEAN or Six Sigma projects.
• Experience in manufacturing or aerospace environments with automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies; Green Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and optimise resources.
• Collaborate with departments to identify value-adding opportunities.
• Use data-driven methods to monitor improvement impacts.
• Coach teams in continuous improvement principles.
• Prepare reports and communicate progress to management.
• Ensure safety and quality standards in new processes.
• Stay updated on aerospace industry trends.
