Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Lean/Continuous Improvement lead to drive CI initiatives in Singapore. You will guide Lean projects, facilitate Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen events, and expand lean deployment across the company.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years driving CI projects and Lean Six Sigma Belt experience; proficiency with JIRA, Power BI, VBA and Macros is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement projects.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt; JIRA, Power BI, VBA and Macros are advantageous.
