Job summary

NUSANTARA PRIME CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated IT Support professional for a 12-month assignment in Singapore. You will provide daily IT support across hardware, software and network, and help maintain Windows OS and Server environments.

You will troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi issues, assist with desktop applications like Office and Teams, support meeting rooms and AV, and manage user accounts and IT equipment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of IT support experience.
• Familiar with Windows / Windows Server environments.
• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience in desktop support and troubleshooting.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support (hardware, software, network).
• Maintain Windows OS and Windows Server environments.
• Troubleshoot network issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, basic TCP/IP).
• Support desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams).
• Provide meeting room and AV support.
