THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Infrastructure Support Engineer on a 12-month contract in Singapore. The role focuses on monitoring and maintaining infrastructure architecture, ensuring uptime and security across Windows and Linux platforms.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience, including VMware, Hyper-V, AD/RDS, and Microsoft 365 administration, with a Diploma/Degree in IT or CS. Office location: Thye Hong Centre, Bukit Merah.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Computer Science or IT, or 2-3 years' relevant deployment/maintenance experience.
Experience administering Microsoft Server and SQL Server environments.
Experience with virtualization (VMware and Hyper-V) and AD/RDS.
Experience with Email systems (Microsoft 365) and EUC troubleshooting.
Networking/perimeter security/WAN experience and cybersecurity awareness.

Responsibilities

Oversee infrastructure operations and ensure adherence to IT standards and procedures.
Monitor daily infrastructure traffic and performance; assist with upgrades and deployments.
Configure hardware, systems software, and related environments; document maintenance steps.
Serve as first point of contact for incidents; escalate unresolved issues promptly.
Support service level objectives and track performance metrics for continual improvements.
