Job summary
THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Infrastructure Support Engineer for a 12-month contract in Singapore to manage and monitor on-site infrastructure, including servers, storage and backup systems.
The role requires hands-on experience with Windows and Linux, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), AD/RDS, Microsoft 365, and network security. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, performance monitoring, incident resolution, and contributing to service improvements while ensuring
Qualifications
- Diploma/degree in CS or IT with 2–3 years deploying and maintaining server, storage and backup in Windows and Linux.
- Experience administering Microsoft Server, SQL Server and Reporting Server.
- Experience in virtualization: VMware and Hyper-V.
- Experience in AD, RDS and system troubleshooting.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365, EUC and email systems.
- Experience in networking, WAN connectivity and security fundamentals.
- Experience in cyber security: vulnerability discovery, monitoring and patching.
Responsibilities
- Oversee infrastructure operations and ensure service reliability.
- Monitor daily infrastructure traffic and performance; document procedures.
- Configure hardware and software environments; maintain test records.
- Resolve incidents, document solutions, and escalate when needed.
- Assist with SLAs, metrics, and continuous service improvements.
