Qualifications

• Experience coordinating facilities maintenance and tenancy operations.
• Ability to respond to maintenance requests within targets and document actions.
• Knowledge of safety standards and lease administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenants' maintenance requests within target times.
• Prepare site take-offs with photos and submit works orders.
• Monitor contractor progress and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Verify repairs meet specifications and standards.
• Maintain vacant premises in good, marketable condition.
• Set up filing and maintenance schedules for the site.
• Plan routine and preventive maintenance and improvements.
• Administer warranties for site equipment and fixtures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness and tenantability.
• Liaise with contractors and agencies to resolve issues and reports.
• Handle tenant/agency feedback and perform night inspections if needed.
• Perform other duties as required by the manager.
