JLL Singapore is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the onsite FM team, ensuring delivery of high-quality facility and property services aligned with contractual commitments and budgets.

You will oversee M&E systems, vendor contracts, and financial processes, while maintaining strong client relationships and a focus on risk management and compliance across daily operations and improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in FM, engineering, business or related field.
• At least 2 years of FM experience.
• Strong technical and project management background.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• People management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of facilities and M&E systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance and report progress.
• Analyze maintenance requests and minimize disruptions.
• Manage vendor contracts and SLAs with clients.
• Lead tendering and evaluate subcontractor bids.
• Track expenses and assist with annual budgets.
• Lead onsite team and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Prepare monthly operational reports and client updates.
