Job summary

Macro Events SG is seeking an Event Executive to join our Singapore team. This full-time, on-site role involves coordinating events from concept to completion, planning timelines, managing logistics, and liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

You will support concept development, prepare proposals, oversee setup/teardown, and ensure deliverables meet quality and safety standards. Strong communication, organization, and budget skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site at events, including evenings and weekends when required.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and flexibility to adapt to changing event requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute events from concept to completion, including planning timelines and logistics.
• Liaise with clients, vendors and internal teams throughout projects.
• Develop event concepts and prepare proposals/quotations.
• Oversee event setup and teardown and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Manage budgets and handle administrative tasks related to events.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide post-event reports to improve future events.
• Collaborate with creative and operations teams to deliver seamless experiences.
