You will support concept development, prepare proposals, oversee setup/teardown, and ensure deliverables meet quality and safety standards. Strong communication, organization, and budget skills are essential.

Role Description

The Event Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. This role involves coordinating and executing events from concept to completion, including planning timelines, managing logistics, and liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The Event Executive will support the development of event concepts, prepare proposals and quotations, oversee event setup and teardown, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and safety standards. Daily responsibilities also include managing budgets, handling administrative tasks, resolving on-site issues, and providing post-event reports and feedback to improve future events. The role requires close collaboration with the creative and operations teams to deliver seamless and impactful event experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or management, preferably in corporate or large-scale events.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work on-site at events, including evenings and weekends when required, and to manage on-the-ground operations calmly and efficiently.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and flexibility to adapt to changing event requirements.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and familiarity with event management tools is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in Singapore’s events or MICE industry and knowledge of local venues, vendors, and regulations will be beneficial.
