Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project works at site (R&R/NRP); plan with sub-contractors on execution.
• Supervise project works and oversee workers, sub-contractors and vendors to ensure proper workmanship.
• Execute works per drawings/specifications; resolve client/resident feedback.
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Vendors on all project matters; attend site meetings.
• Track progress and submit reports to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery; hand over to Clients.
• Maintain project documentation and coordinate with other departments; perform other duties.
