Job summary

CHINA CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION BRANCH OFFICE SINGAPORE is seeking a site coordinator with 3+ years of relevant experience on Singapore construction projects. You will assist the Project Manager, coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors and clients on-site, and help ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years relevant working experience.
• MRT/LTA project experience is an advantage.
• Ability to assist Project Manager and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager on project matters.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors and clients on site matters.
• Execute, monitor and ensure the project completed on time.
• Maintain work quality according to specification and requirement.
• Check drawing for accuracy and completeness for construction.
• Maintain inspection records of works, materials and all completed works.
• Implement cost control measures to meet project budget.
• Ensure the site operations comply with project quality plan, environmental and occupational safety and health.
