Job summary

RAYMOND CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to lead site coordination, ensure timely execution, and maintain quality workmanship. You will liaise with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to align on drawings, specs, and progress.

The role requires good communication, MS Office proficiency, and willingness to be stationed at the site office. Singapore Class 3 license is preferred, with 1 year building construction experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Building / Certificate in Civil & Structural Engineering or related field.
• Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• PC literate and knowledge in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project).
• Positive and good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• A good team player and willing to be stationed at the site office.
• Preferably possess a Singapore Class 3 driving license.
• Preferably with 1 year working experience in Building Construction Industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project (R&R / A&A) works.
• Plan and discuss with sub-contractors on project execution including implementation.
• Manage and supervise project works and oversee workers, sub-contractors, and vendors.
• Execute project works based on drawings and specifications.
• Resolve clients' and residents' complaints or feedback.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and vendors on project matters.
• Attend site meetings and track progress reports.
• Coordinate to ensure timely and on-budget completion and handover.
