Job summary

ISO-Team Corporation Pte Ltd seeks a Project Coordinator to oversee on-site execution for building projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with sub-contractors, plan works, supervise staff and vendors, and ensure work aligns with drawings and budgets.

You will attend site meetings and report progress to clients and consultants. Requirements include a degree or diploma in Building or Civil/Structural Engineering, strong communication, PC literacy (MS Word/Excel/Project), and a Singapore Class

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Building or related field; Diploma in Civil/Structural Eng also acceptable.
Must have good communication skills (verbal and written).
PC literate with MS Office and project software knowledge.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project works (R&R / A&A) with sub-contractors.
Plan with sub-contractors on project execution.
Supervise project works, oversee workers, sub-contractors and vendors for proper execution.
Execute works per drawings/specifications; resolve client/resident feedback.
Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Vendors on all project matters; attend site meetings.
Track progress and submit reports to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
Coordinate work to ensure successful completion and handover to Clients.
Maintain all project documentation and cooperate with other departments.
