Job summary

SUPERIORTEC PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Site Coordinator to supervise and coordinate daily site activities for Construction/M&E projects.

You will liaise with contractors, consultants, and suppliers, ensure works follow drawings and specs, monitor progress, and prepare schedules and reports.

Candidates should have 2–3 years' experience, diploma/degree in engineering, driving license, and good communication skills; travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant Construction/M&E project experience.
• Able to interpret drawings and technical documents.
• Experience in site coordination and progress tracking.
• Valid Class 3 driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
• Liaise with main contractors, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules.
• Attend site meetings and technical discussions.
• Prepare method statements, work schedules, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate material delivery and manpower allocation.
• Resolve technical and coordination issues on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in project documentation and reporting.
