build-wise services pte. ltd. invites applications for a Project Coordinator to join our Singapore team.

The role supports the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and monitoring progress, budgets and documentation. You will manage site activities, prepare submissions, and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, clients and authorities to resolve issues. The ideal candidate holds a relevant diploma, has RR and A&A exposure, is bilingual in English/Mandarin, and can work independently or in a

Qualifications

Diploma in Construction/Building Management/Facilities Management or equivalent, or higher.
Relevant past experience in RR and A&A industries.
Bilingual English and Mandarin preferred.
Preferably possess Class 3 license.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient PC skills: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects.
Track project schedules, progress, budgets and documentation.
Manage project site for tests/inspections and prepare site office documents and submissions.
Coordinate and resolve site issues with subcontractors, suppliers, Clients and Authorities through meetings or correspondence.
Ensure work adheres to project requirements, quality standards, and safety procedures.
