Job summary

SUPERIORTEC PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a capable Site Coordinator to support daily project operations. You will work closely with the Project Manager, suppliers, main contractors, consultants, and site personnel to ensure smooth progress and timely communications.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Construction or M&E, is fluent in Mandarin and English, can work independently under pressure, possess a valid driving license, and is willing to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction / M&E Projects.
• Singaporean / Singapore PR / Malaysian preferred.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English communication.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Hold a valid driving license and willing to travel to project sites.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with authority/consultant/shop drawing submissions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in daily project operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, main contractors, consultants, and site personnel.
• Monitor site progress and track schedules.
• Follow up on outstanding works and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and manage project documentation and reports.
• Handle submissions (authority submission, consultant submission, shop drawings).
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Conduct research and resolve technical or coordination issues.
• Attend site meetings and provide project updates.
