Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and production is preferred.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn under senior chefs and follow kitchen routines.

Responsibilities

• Manage Food Preparation and Production (omakase concept).
• Maintain high quality standard of all food product and dishes.
• Assist Senior Chefs in washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.
• Monitor incoming tickets from the self-order kiosks and ensure dishes are accurately assembled for the self-serve pick-up counters.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the workspace.
