Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Kitchen Apprentice to support food preparation and production at Orchard or Raffles Place. You will assist senior chefs, ensure quality dishes, and maintain clean working spaces.

You will monitor kiosks, assemble dishes for self-serve counters, and uphold strict food safety standards. Training is provided; 5-day workweek with shift hours, salary SGD 2,500–3,500 per month.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen operations preferred.
• Apprenticeship training provided.
• Ability to follow recipes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage Food Preparation and Production
• Maintain high quality standard of all food product and dishes
• Assist Senior Chefs in washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients
• Monitor incoming tickets from the self-order kiosks and ensure dishes are accurately assembled for the self-serve pick-up counters
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the workspace
