Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Kitchen Apprentice for our Orchard/Raffles Place kitchen. Salary ranges between SGD 2,500 and SGD 3,500 monthly, with a 5-day week and 9-hour workdays.

In this role, you will assist in food prep for an omakase concept, maintain quality of dishes, and help senior chefs with washing and preparation. You must uphold food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage food preparation and production (omakase concept).
• Maintain high quality standards of all food products and dishes.
• Assist senior chefs in washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.
• Monitor incoming tickets from self-order kiosks and ensure dishes are accurately assembled for self-serve pick-up counters.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the workspace.
