THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is hiring a Kitchen Apprentice / Chef at Orchard/Raffles Place, Singapore.

Salary is S$2,500–S$3,500 per month, with 5 working days per week and two shift options: 11:30am–9:30pm or 9:00am–7:00pm. You will manage food preparation, maintain high quality of dishes, assist senior chefs with washing and cutting ingredients, monitor self-order kiosk tickets for accurate assembly, and uphold food safety, hygiene and cleanliness across the workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage Food Preparation and Production
• Maintain high quality standard of all food product and dishes
• Assist Senior Chefs in washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.
• Monitor incoming tickets from the self-order kiosks and ensure dishes are accurately assembled for the self-serve pick-up counters.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the workspace.
