Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is recruiting for a kitchen role in Singapore. The position involves managing food preparation and production with an omakase concept, while maintaining high quality standards for all dishes.

You will assist senior chefs with washing, cutting, and prep, and monitor self-order kiosks to ensure accurate assembly for self-serve counters. Applicants should have at least 1 year of kitchen experience; training is provided.

• Training Provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage Food Preparation and Production (omakase concept).
• Maintain high quality standard of all food product and dishes.
• Assist Senior Chefs in washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.
• Monitor incoming tickets from the self-order kiosks and ensure dishes are accurately assembled for the self-serve pick-up counters.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the workspace.
