Job summary

Kitchen Apprentice at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore. Salary 2,500–3,500 SGD monthly. Working 5 days a week, 9 hours daily. Location: Orchard / Raffles Place (TBC).

You will assist in food preparation for an omakase concept, help maintain high quality of dishes, and support senior chefs with washing, cutting and ingredient prep. Adherence to food safety, hygiene, and workspace cleanliness is required; training is provided to bring you up to speed.

Responsibilities

• Manage food preparation and production (omakase concept).
• Maintain high quality standard of all food product and dishes.
• Assist senior chefs in washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.
• Monitor incoming tickets from self-order kiosks and ensure dishes are accurately assembled for the self-serve pick-up counters.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the workspace.
