Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is sourcing a Kitchen Apprentice to support daily food preparation and production for the omakase concept. You will assist senior chefs, wash and prep ingredients, and help ensure dishes are assembled correctly for self-serve counters.

Responsibilities include maintaining high food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the kitchen workspace, with training provided to newcomers in a structured kitchen environment at Orchard / Raffles Place (TBC).

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to learn under senior chefs.

Responsibilities

• Manage food preparation and production for the omakase concept.
• Maintain high quality standards for all dishes and food products.
• Assist senior chefs with washing, cutting and preparing ingredients.
• Monitor tickets from self-order kiosks to ensure correct assembly for self-serve counters.
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene and cleanliness across the workspace.
