Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Kitchen Apprentice to support daily food preparation and production at our Orchard/Raffles Place location. Training will be provided; 5 working days with shifts from 11:30am-9:30pm or 9:00am-7:00pm.

Responsibilities include assisting senior chefs, ensuring quality standards, managing self-order kiosk tickets, and upholding strict food safety and hygiene across the workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen prep and assisting chefs.

Responsibilities

• Manage Food Preparation and Production.
• Maintain high quality standard of all food product and dishes.
• Assist Senior Chefs in washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.
• Monitor incoming tickets from the self-order kiosks and ensure dishes are accurately assembled for the self-serve pick-up counters.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the workspace.
