Qualifications

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.

Reporting to the Offshore Operations Manager, this role is responsible for supporting offshore operations across client vessels, rigs, and platforms globally. The position offers exposure to a wide range of surface, subsea, and downhole operational activities, while providing opportunities to further develop technical and operational expertise within an international offshore environment. Duties/Responsibilities • Work as a member of offshore teams in delivery of drilling & decommission segment projects • Follow, and adhere to, all applicable project documentation and standards • Assist to correctly mobilise, maintain and operate equipment onshore at workshop • Follow supervisor instructions during offshore operations to minimize risk and maximize quality of performance • Actively pursue learning and development of competence during offshore operations • Participate in finding solutions to complex technical problems • Document lessons learnt, opportunities for improvement and non-conformances • Ensure clear communication with Claxton onshore and offshore personnel, and client Experience/Skills Preferred • Knowledge of mechanical, high pressure pump and hydraulic equipment • Awareness of offshore decommissioning work scopes Essential • A Diploma in engineering or technology, gained within the last 2 years - Mechanical or hybrid thereof • Hands-on aptitude • High levels of teamwork • Highly motivated and with good negotiation/influencing skills • Adaptable and able to effectively manage changing priorities • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of personnel • Advanced problem-solving skills • Leadership and management capabilities • Highly organised and results focused • Fluent in English • IT proficient and versatile • Willingness and ability to travel globally at short notice • Knowledge of mechanical, high pressure pump and hydraulic equipment • Awareness of offshore decommissioning work scopes | | | Singapore | | | Singapore | | | | | --- | --- | | | | | |
