Job summary

ONE OFFSHORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a mechanical engineer for offshore machine-building projects in Singapore. You will coordinate internal teams to meet project requirements and schedule, and manage subcontractors and vendors to keep the project on track.

Ideal candidates hold a Mechanical Engineering degree, have 2+ years of assembly experience, and can travel regionally as needed. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 2 years of mechanical machine assembly experience
• Knowledge of hydraulics / electrical controls is preferred
• Good interpersonal and effective communication skills
• Project management experience
• Ability to interface with a multi-national team
• Travel regionally when required
• Independent and responsible

Responsibilities

• Job-based machine building for offshore oil & gas
• Monitor and control various internal teams to meet project requirements and schedule
• Manage sub-contractor / vendors to meet project schedule
