Qualifications

  • Education: Fresh graduate, ITE, or Diploma holder in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 0–3 years in marine service, automation, electronics, electrical systems, or instrumentation; freshers encouraged.
  • Core Skills: Basic IT proficiency and ability to read electrical drawings.
  • Profile: Enthusiastic, early-career professional aged 25–30, eager to learn and grow.
  • Adventurous Spirit: Willingness to travel locally and internationally for assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of marine electronic, communication, and automation systems.
  • Support servicing and troubleshooting of navigation and safety systems onboard various vessels with senior engineers.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, testing, configuration, and checks on equipment.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, manuals, and blueprints.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Weekend overtime opportunities available)

The Opportunity

Are you a recent graduate or early-career engineer looking to dive into the dynamic marine and offshore sector? As a Marine Field Technician, you will be at the forefront of maritime innovation. What You’ll Do
  • Hands-On Engineering: Assist in the installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of state-of-the-art marine electronic, communication, and automation systems.

  • Problem Solving: Support the servicing and troubleshooting of critical navigation and safety systems onboard diverse vessels, working alongside senior engineers to resolve complex technical faults.

  • Maintenance & Calibration: Perform crucial preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as equipment testing, configuration, and functional checks.

  • Technical Analysis: Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, manuals, and technical blueprints.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with senior engineers, vessel crews, ship management companies, and end-clients to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Reporting & Support: Prepare accurate technical documentation, inspection checklists, and provide basic remote technical support.

Who We Are Looking For
  • Education: Fresh graduate, ITE, or Diploma holder in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Experience: 0–3 years of experience in marine service, automation, electronics, electrical systems, or instrumentation. Freshers with relevant academic projects, internships, or technical training are highly encouraged to apply!

  • Core Skills: Basic IT proficiency is required. The ability to read and understand electrical drawings is a must.

  • Profile: An enthusiastic, early-career professional (ideally aged 25–30) who is eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced field environment.

  • Adventurous Spirit: A strong willingness to travel both locally and internationally for service assignments, specialized training, and exciting project requirements.
