Workle Pte Ltd is hiring a proactive Sales Coordinator for a leading Marine Oil & Gas company at Pandan Road, Singapore. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage end-to-end sales orders while coordinating with engineering, production, warehouse and procurement to meet technical specifications.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years in inside sales or support, with strong Excel and CRM skills and knowledge of logistics and INCO terms. Salary up to SGD 3,500.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years of inside sales, sales support, or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with offshore equipment (e.g., rigging & consumables) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and CRM tools.
• Good knowledge of logistics, shipping, and INCO terms.

Aufgaben

• Receive, review, and qualify customer enquiries and technical queries for offshore products.
• Prepare accurate and timely technical and commercial quotations.
• Manage end-to-end sales orders from PO receipt to invoice and delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, warehouse and procurement to meet specs and certificates.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders for import/export shipping docs.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and support the sales team.
• Update customer records and sales activity in ERP systems; assist Accounts with payments.
