The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with inquiries, quotations, order processing, and logistics coordination on offshore equipment projects.

This role emphasizes client relationship management, ERP data entry, and collaboration with engineering, production, warehouse, and procurement to ensure accurate specifications and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have a diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support or customer service.
• Familiarity with offshore equipment (rigging & consumables) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Sales Inquiry & Quotation Management: review and qualify customer enquiries for offshore products.
• Prepare accurate and timely technical/commercial quotations.
• Order Processing: manage end-to-end sales orders from PO receipt to invoice and delivery.
• Technical Support & Coordination with engineering, production, warehouse, service, and procurement teams.
• Logistics & Documentation: coordinate import/export shipping documentation with forwarders.
• Client Relationship Management: maintain relationships with customers and support the sales team.
• Database Maintenance: update customer information and sales activity in ERP system.
• Assist Accounts Department with payment follow-up.
• Any other ad hoc assignments.
