Job summary

JUST TALENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Crewing Executive in Singapore to coordinate day-to-day crew planning, mobilisation/demobilisation, and personnel administration for MOPU operations.

You will ensure qualified personnel are available, manage certifications, and coordinate travel, visas, and accommodation in line with client and regulatory requirements. The role involves maintaining crew records, supporting recruitment, and ensuring onboarding readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willingness to work outside normal office hours when urgent offshore crew changes arise.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain crew rotation schedules in accordance with the approved manning plan and operational requirements.
• Monitor crew movements, rotations, leave schedules, and contract expiry dates.
• Coordinate recruitment and selection of offshore personnel based on approved manpower requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of crew certificates, licenses, training and other documentation.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, visas and work permits, and accommodation for crew.
• Maintain crew matrix and generate crewing reports for management.
