Job summary

Equatorial Marine Fuel Management Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Crew Coordinator to support the crewing department for our fleet of vessels. You will arrange interviews, medical check-ups, travel, lodging, joining briefings, PPE, and coordinate crew changes across our fleet.

You will also verify seafarers' licences and documentation, maintain monthly records and invoices, brief sailors on contracts and policies, liaise with recruitment agencies, plan deployments, monitor P&I costs

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of crew management for FG and FSU vessels with multinational crew.
• Able to work well both independently and in a team.
• Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Arrange for and verify seafarers' licences, permits, certificates and documentation
• Apply for Seafarers COE/CRA and Tanker Endorsement from respective vessel's flag
• Keep record of monthly Crewing and Training documents
• Prepare and check Crewing Department monthly invoices
• Prepare and brief seafarers on their employment contracts, company policies and procedures
• Liaise with seafarer recruitment and manning agencies
• Plan and monitor deployment of crew
• Monitor, collate and compile P&I cost and/or medical claim documentation
• Create, update and upload crew personal files and records
• Ensure and maintain confidentiality
