Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Crew Operations Coordinator to manage international crew onboarding and certification compliance for FPSO vessels. You will coordinate interviews, medical checks, travel logistics, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

You will organize licenses and endorsements, maintain records, and liaise with authorities to ensure timely processing of seafarer certificates and endorsements, while overseeing invoices and employment contracts.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in handling international crew operations on FPSO vessels.
• Knowledge of seafarer certifications, licenses, and documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew onboarding: interviews, medical checks, travel, lodging, PPE, and documentation.
• Arrange and verify seafarers' licenses, permits, certificates, and documentation for compliance.
• Manage Seafarer Endorsement and Tanker Endorsement applications with authorities.
• Oversee crewing and training records, invoices and employment contracts; brief crews on policies.
