Job summary

Workle Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Crewing Officer to support the crewing department for a fleet of vessels. Working location: Tai Seng; Mon to Fri 9am–6pm.

You will coordinate interviews, medicals, travel, lodging, joining briefings, PPE, licences, permits and documentation, and maintain records and invoices. The role requires at least 2 years of crew management experience with multinational crews and familiarity with maritime environments.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of crew management experience for FG and FSU vessels with multinational crew.
• Experience in crewing, offshore manpower, maritime, oil & gas, or a similar environment.
• Able to work well both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Report to Crewing Manager and support crewing department with fleet of vessels.
• Arrange for interview, medical check-up, travel, lodging, joining briefing, PPE etc. for seafarers.
• Arrange for and verify seafarers' licences, permits, certificates and documentation.
• Apply for Seafarers COE/CRA and Tanker Endorsement from respective vessel's flag .
• Keep record of monthly Crewing and Training documents
• Prepare and check Crewing Department monthly invoices
• Prepare and brief seafarers on their employment contracts, company policies and procedures.
• Liaise with seafarer recruitment and manning agencies.
• Ensure and maintain confidentiality.
• Any other tasks as assigned.
