Dr Mark Leong Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager for B2B and Physical Channel Growth to drive offline revenue.

You will own the offline B2B strategy, build pop-ups and roadshows, and execute physical channel activations with tight control of venues, setup, inventory, and payments. You will also develop clinics, gyms, wellness centres, retailers and partnerships with hospitals, corporates, and communities.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial growth of Dr Mark Leong Pte. Ltd.'s offline B2B business.
• Build pop-ups and roadshows into a profitable physical sales channel.
• Take ownership of activation execution: venues, setup, signage, inventory, payments.
• Develop additional offline channels: clinics, gyms, wellness centres, retailers.
• Develop partnerships with hospitals, schools, corporates and communities.
• Enable DFs for physical sales with training, SOPs and guidance.
• Lead generation and cross-selling across B2B, affiliates and channels.
• Account management to secure repeat orders and upsell opportunities.
• Track revenue, volume, AOV, costs and location performance.
