Job summary

LIBERTE HR SERVICES PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a hands-on sales role to expand the brand's offline presence across retail, events, roadshows, and B2B channels in Singapore.

You will own physical sales touchpoints, manage customer acquisition initiatives, and coordinate external promoters to drive on-site sales and engagement.

Plan and execute trade shows from setup to on-site sales, manage kiosks, experiential zones, and pricing/promo initiatives to boost conversions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, field/event operations, or business development in Singapore
• Experience in B2B accounts, group buys, retail leasing, or managing external promoters
• Commercially driven and hands-on, with the ability to manage both business negotiations and on-site execution
• Good understanding of Singapore’s consumer and retail landscape; exposure to the home appliance industry is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Drive offline sales opportunities across retail, exhibitions, roadshows, corporate/B2B partnerships, and BTO group buys
• Plan and manage trade shows, exhibitions, and roadshows from set-up through to on-site sales execution
• Set up and manage physical retail touchpoints, including experiential zones, kiosks, and storefronts
• Develop B2B partnerships and identify new channels to expand the brand’s physical presence
• Recruit, train, and coordinate external promoters to deliver strong customer engagement and sales performance
• Develop pricing and promotional initiatives to drive conversion and maximise offline sales
