Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, sales, eCommerce, community growth or related commercial roles.

Responsibilities

• Affiliate Activation & Sales Growth: Drive at least 50% of eligible affiliates to achieve S$100+ monthly sales, develop campaigns and incentives, reactivate inactive affiliates.
• Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding: Support recruitment of qualified affiliates, attract potential partners, ensure understanding of products, commissions and resources.
• Sales Performance & Revenue Growth: Monitor affiliate sales, identify growth opportunities, improve campaigns and product performance.
• Offshore Team Coordination & Delegation: Outsource routine admin tasks to PH/MY teams, ensure workflow and quality.
• Onsite & Partner Support: Provide hands-on on-site support for affiliate activities and partner-led events.
