Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Materials Handler to manage incoming and outgoing materials, perform SAP administration, and ensure delivery orders reference the correct purchase orders. You will conduct monthly cycle counts, and maintain orderly stores in compliance with quality policies.

Required: minimum NITEC and at least 2 years of relevant experience; forklift/VNA license is a plus. Ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum a NITEC.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Forklift/VNA license will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently or as a team.

• Check that all delivery orders have indicated the purchase order number.
• Verify quantity received against the delivery order.
• Tag and label of the materials.
• Ensure that all outgoing materials are issued according to the Quality Policies.
• Ensure that all outgoing materials are issued based on the signed stock reservation voucher form.
• Conduct monthly cycle count duties.
• Maintaining of good housekeeping in the store.
• Compliance to regulations and audit.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
