Job summary

JH Warehouse (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to manage daily operations, ensuring safety, accuracy and timely processing aligned with company procedures. You will receive, inspect, label and store incoming cargo, pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment, and assist with loading/unloading, focusing on inventory accuracy and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• GCE N/O Levels required.
• Able to perform manual handling and physical work.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Forklift license preferred.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label and properly store incoming cargo at designated storage locations.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately for shipment and delivery.
• Perform loading and unloading of goods, including proper handling and movement within the warehouse.
• Conduct periodic cycle counts and participate in the annual stock take to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and movement of goods to minimize damage.
• Assist in maintaining accurate warehouse and inventory records.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned.

About the role

Perform day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure all activities are carried out safely, accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with company procedures.

About you

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or 'O' Level qualification.
• Able to perform manual handling and physical work.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Possess a valid forklift operating license.
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience will be advantageous.
