Job summary

Sysmex Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to receive, store, and dispatch goods per Delivery Orders, maintaining accurate stock records and updating SAP systems.

The role requires 3 years in inventory/warehouse management, a forklift license, and the ability to work weekends or overtime when needed; no travel is required. You will ensure FIFO and on-time deliveries for local and overseas customers.

Responsibilities

• Inbound receiving and visual inspection against Delivery Orders.
• Store goods after inspection.
• Manage all inbound/outbound inventory movements.
• Ensure accurate picking and packing for local and overseas deliveries.
• Maintain FIFO and 100% traceability of inventory movements.
• Conduct cycle counts and stock-takes per schedule.
• Control inventory with shelf-life and flammable goods.
• Coordinate production issue and movement to warehouse.
• Ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Follow supervisor requests.

Job description

Key Job Purpose :

Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store and record goods in warehouse. Receive incoming goods, check for any damages, discrepancies between goods vs invoices. Pick order, pack, receive and dispatch outbound goods according to requests or delivery orders. Maintain up-to-date stock and inventory records. Perform other routine clerical activities such as updating SAP system transaction, inventory records, transfer, delivery and dispatch forms.

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for inbound receiving, perform visual inspection on physical packing conditions and quantities against Delivery Order.
• Responsible for storage after inspection.
• Responsible for all movement of inventory IN and OUT of warehouse.
• Ensure accurate picking and packing of goods for local and overseas deliveries
• Ensure practice of first-in-first-out policy and 100% accuracy of inventory movement with traceability.
• Regular execution of cycle count and stock-take activities according to schedule and update of transactions.
• Ensure inventory control of products with shelf life and flammable goods.
• Responsible for issue of goods for production use and physical movement of finished goods from production to warehouse before delivery.
• Ensure order integrity delivered to customers
• Ensure on-time delivery of products to and from Sysmex.
• Any other matter as request by supervisor.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Education Required : At least ITE Certificate/ Diploma
• Minimum Experience Required : 3 Years
• Skills and Knowledge Required : Inventory and Warehouse Management (WMS),Hands-on experience with SAP system
• Attitude Required : Sense of urgency and meticulous
• Knowledge Desired but not Essential :Basic Microsoft Office software skills.
• Travel Requirement : No
• Others : Able to work on weekend or overtime where necessary, Forklift License is a must.
