Job summary

Excelitas Technologies Corp. is seeking a warehouse operator to support goods receipt, stock updates in SAP, and packing/shipping of finished products. The role requires attention to detail, basic ERP knowledge, and a forklift license.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in warehouse operations, familiarity with 5S practices, and a strong team-based mindset. This on-site position emphasizes safety and accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Higher NITEC / Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or related field.
• Certificate in Warehouse/ Logistics or related fields.
• Possess class 3 driving license and Forklift license.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse/store operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and material handling practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.
• Familiar with 5S and safety practices in warehouse environments.
• Team player with a responsible and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform goods receipt operation and systems transaction.
• Issue materials to production and sub-contractors.
• Update of stock in SAP (all receiving and issuing transaction).
• Conduct periodic cycle count.
• Pack and ship finished goods according to customer’s requirement.
• Ensure discipline, good housekeeping (5S) and safety in warehouse.
• Any other tasks assigned by Store Supervisor.
