Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or related field with at least 3 years of experience in office projects or facilities management.
• Proven track record in end-to-end project delivery from planning to handover.
• Experience supporting change management and stakeholder engagement during workplace transitions.
• Familiarity with digital tools, AI-enabled solutions and data analytics is advantageous.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to drive outcomes independently in a dynamic environment.
• Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Digitally savvy and comfortable adopting new tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver office renovation, improvement, and relocation projects to create a collaborative workplace incorporating sustainability and inclusivity.
• Coordinate design development, tendering, and appointment of consultants and contractors.
• Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, templates, and approval processes.
• Manage and prepare project schedules, budgets, progress claims, cost reports, progress summaries, and variation approvals.
• Ensure contractual compliance, monitor consultant/contractor performance, and coordinate audits.
• Lead change management and communication strategies for relocations and new workplace setups.
• Conduct engagement sessions, briefings, and workplace feedback surveys.
