Job summary

One NorthConsulting invites applications for a Change Manager role in Singapore. The ideal candidate has 5 years of proven change management delivery experience, preferably in transformation-heavy environments, and holds a relevant Bachelor's degree.

You will apply a formal Change Management Framework across the project lifecycle, conduct readiness assessments, lead stakeholder engagement and communications, coordinate training with SMEs, and monitor adoption with structured reporting to project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field.
• Prosci certification preferred.
• Approx 5 years of proven change management delivery experience in transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Apply the Change Management Framework across the project lifecycle assigned.
• Conduct CIAs and readiness assessments; define stakeholder groups and interventions.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and communications materials; align with stakeholders.
• Lead readiness, launch & hypercare; coordinate training materials with SMEs.
• Monitor CM progress and provide structured reporting to project leadership.
