Based at One-North, you will coordinate with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable IT solutions and transform service delivery.

You will drive innovation, support change management, and oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring governance, budgeting, and efficient resource use.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years’ IT project management/solutioning experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Degree in IT or equivalent
• Experience leading a team is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Projects: Manage and deliver technology projects supporting healthcare operations, from planning and testing through to implementation and rollout.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with business and operational stakeholders across departments and institutions to develop IT solutions that enable seamless and efficient service delivery.
• Drive Technology Innovation: Explore emerging technologies and identify opportunities to apply innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, service quality, and user experience.
• Support Change & Adoption: Lead change initiatives by engaging stakeholders, communicating effectively, and supporting the adoption of new technologies, systems, and processes.
• Oversee IT Operations: Manage day-to-day IT activities to ensure reliable operations, governance, compliance, budget control, and effective resource utilisation.
