is seeking an organisational development professional to conduct assessments, identify performance gaps, and translate findings into practical recommendations to improve organisational effectiveness and ways of working. You will analyse stakeholder feedback and data to generate insights, support change initiatives, and partner with leaders to maintain momentum on transformation priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organisational and functional assessments to identify themes, performance gaps, structural considerations, and areas for improvement.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data, including stakeholder feedback and engagement inputs, to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Translate findings into practical, actionable recommendations that enhance organisational effectiveness, team performance, and ways of working.
• Support planning and delivery of change initiatives by developing structured approaches to leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, communications, capability building, and adoption.
• Partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain momentum on inflight transformation and organization priorities.
• Provide day-to-day change support to help teams navigate transitions effectively and minimize disruption.
• Support culture, engagement and measurement initiatives that reinforce the firm’s values, purpose, and desired work environment.
• Contribute to the design and execution of interventions that strengthen organisational health, employee connection, and change readiness.
• Help coordinate and deliver initiatives that require thoughtful stakeholder management and consistent follow-through.
• Work closely with leaders, O&P partners, and relevant stakeholders to align on priorities, surface risks, and drive timely execution.
• Manage multiple workstreams concurrently, balancing responsiveness with strong attention to quality and detail.
• Provide reliable support across ongoing OD priorities to ensure continuity during the maternity cover period.
