Job summary

NEA, through the Corporate Excellence Department, Organisation Development (OD) Branch, seeks a professional to help design and deliver leadership engagement platforms, strengthening alignment and organisational effectiveness.

The role focuses on diagnosing, designing and implementing OD interventions, facilitating organisation development, and building capability through training and consultancy. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2–5 years of relevant working experience in organisation development or change management.
• Experience in organisation development, change management, diagnostics, facilitation or internal consulting is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver leadership engagement platforms to strengthen leadership alignment and organisational effectiveness.
• Drive culture and values embedment through organisational systems and change initiatives.
• Conduct organisational diagnostics and analyse workforce data to inform interventions.
• Design and facilitate OD interventions with organisation-wide impact.
• Build leadership, change and OD capabilities through training and consultancy.
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance organisational health, team effectiveness and employee experience.
• Provide advisory and consultancy support on organisational diagnosis, intervention design and change management.
