OIA Global Logistics (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an Ocean Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end ocean freight activities from import to cross-trade shipments. You will coordinate movements, assist with documentation, and liaise with customers, carriers, and brokers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate quotes.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on compliance, billing support, and service excellence in a dynamic logistics

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ocean freight operations or logistics.
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
• Strong knowledge of import/export, cross-trade, and customs processes.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Shipment Management: coordinate ocean movements from booking to delivery and monitor milestones.
• Customs & Documentation: prepare Bills of Lading, Delivery Orders, and ensure timely clearance with brokers.
• Customer Service Excellence: act as the primary operational contact for assigned accounts and resolve issues promptly.
• Pricing & Quoting: source competitive rates and prepare accurate ocean freight quotes.
• Billing & Invoicing: generate timely invoices and resolve discrepancies with finance.
• Reporting & Data Accuracy: maintain records, monitor KPIs, and provide shipment reports.
