Job summary

Shipping Line is seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate export/import shipments from our Changi AirFreight Centre location. You will liaise with air and ocean carriers to secure competitive rates and prepare shipping and customs documentation accurately and on time.

The role requires a diploma in business or logistics, at least 2 years in air/sea freight, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, logistics or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in air/sea freight.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to work independently with good problem-solving skills.
• Mature, team player and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Customers on the fulfillment of their Export/Import shipments.
• Work closely with Air and Ocean Carriers on securing the best rates for our Customers.
• Issue Shipping and Customs Documentation Timely
