Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the OTC process aligned with corporate objectives.
• Process Governance: Establish standardized process designs and enforce governance and compliance controls.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor KPIs such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Cash Conversion Cycle, and Past Due Percentage.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvement initiatives and implement advanced technologies for automation and digital transformation.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and lead change management strategies for successful adoption of new processes.
• Project Leadership: Lead major transformation projects including ERP implementation and shared service migration.
• Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to finance controls, SFRS standards, and tax compliance requirements.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of OTC processes across business units.
