Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced leader to drive a large-scale banking transformation focused on payment connectivity and client readiness in Singapore. The role requires steering end-to-end delivery across governance, planning and cross-functional teams.

You will manage dependencies, risk and change activities while coordinating with business, technology, legal and risk functions to ensure a seamless program rollout and client impact readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale transformational programmes in banking/financial services.
• Strong project and change management background with cross-functional delivery.
• Experience in transaction banking, payments or treasury contexts is preferred.
• Ability to translate business impacts into actionable delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client connectivity and change management workstreams within a strategic transformation programme.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risk registers and governance reporting.
• Assess business, operational and technology impacts across transaction banking channels and connectivity platforms.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across business, operations, technology, legal, compliance and risk functions.
• Support documentation, approval processes and change implementation activities for client-impacting initiatives.
• Drive testing, cutover planning, transition management and post-implementation stabilization activities.
• Manage external vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful programme delivery and readiness.
