Job summary

OCBC Bank Singapore is recruiting for an Operations Project Management & Transformation role to drive digital initiatives across the department. You will gather requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver system enhancements and automation projects.

The role emphasizes process improvement, UAT facilitation, and post-implementation reviews, with a strong focus on customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical capability; understands operational pain points and can visualize the process end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, VBA, Power BI, Python, MS Access; project management tools an added advantage.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI-driven enhancements or workflow redesign is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of SCRUM, Agile or other project management methodologies is advantageous.
• Strong project management skills; adaptive and self-driven to lead projects.
• Banking domain knowledge in Consumer Loans is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive digital transformation and process improvement initiatives across the department to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; collaborate with IT and stakeholders to design, test, and implement system enhancements and automation solutions.
• Coordinate and manage project activities with cross-functional teams to deliver within timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness through process simplification, automation, and risk reduction.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and recommend corrective actions to achieve objectives.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including BRDs, process flows, SOPs, user guides, and implementation plans.
• Facilitate UAT, change management activities, and post-implementation reviews for successful adoption.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, workshops, and training on transformation initiatives and best practices.
• Generate management reports and project status updates highlighting achievements, risks, and KPIs.
